Blush Boutique will gladly accept returns on any new items only within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unworn and in new / unused condition with original sales tags attached.
*Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns / exchanges, unless the item is defective or other issues occur for which Blush Boutique is at fault. All clearance/My Closet/Sale items are final. Our return label fee is typically $3.50.

*To Exchange, please process your return as normal and include a note (inside the return package) with the size/design you would like to exchange items for, if applicable. Returns / Exchanges are processed within 3-5 days of receipt. Re-shipment cost or return label is typically $3.50+
Blush Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and recommend you send it back using an insured courier. We highly recommend you make sure you are provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation and keep this for your records and possible for our reference.
Refused / undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from the refund.
Blush Boutique will refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 7 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

Once your order is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
